Rehearse deep within the subconscious mind the perfect performance in the future – this is a powerful session and often my athlete’s favourite session.

Often a troubling memory needs to be lifted that is holding the athlete back, and causing self-sabotage. Many of my athletes don’t even realise this is happening until we have a chat.

Relax and reset your goals. In this session we will embed self-confidence triggers so that you can always perform at your best.

Sometimes the athlete is in pain either from injury or accident. In a deep hypnosis, we can dial down the pain symptoms (depending on what’s going on) and then teach a self-hypnosis technique to maintain higher levels of health and wellbeing.
