Evolving into the True You

In this workshop I guide you in a small group to let go of outmoded energies and bring back lost parts of yourselves to create an awareness of your wholeness and reveal your true self. We do this through changing our current awareness and increasing our consciousness level in meditative exercises. It includes the following:

1. Introduction and spiritual protection

2. Meeting a guide to help you with the process

3. Cutting cords and releasing energies which may include people, beliefs, past lives and ancestral patterns that no longer serve you

4. Meditation for soul retrieval

5. Experiencing and exploring your 5th dimensional aspect, the true you

6. Group healing, reflection and close

We will work in higher states as a group and in pairs after each meditation to fully benefit from the work carried out. After this we will complete our journey together with a closing healing group session for all beings and a reflection detailing what you have learned about yourself at every level.

Past life Group Session

Per Person €50 & the host for free

In this session, you can invite between 3 to 6 friends to a past life evening at your home, where I work with each of you individually in a group setting. We share everyones experiences of different lifetimes together. Evening or afternoon session for approximately 2.5-3 hours. Please contact me to receive further details or make a booking. Spiritual Awareness and Empowerment Workshop

Per Person €40

In this workshop I guide you as a small group to help build your spiritual and self awareness, trust and empowerment through experiential exercises. It includes the following:

1. Introduction and spiritual protection

2. Exercises to understand your energy fields and levels of consciousness

3. Meditation to meet your guide

4. Psychometry with Stones and psychic awareness exercises

5. Understanding and practise of the law of attraction

6. Group healing, reflection and close

We work individually, in pairs and as a group to go deeper on your spiritual journey. The aim is to increase your awareness and understanding of a greater reality and our multilayered energetic self. This will bring guidance, healing, self-reliance and empowerment. You will better understand and experience energy to gradually develop and fine-tune your innate ability to perceive and build your spiritual trust. This can help you live your life with more purpose, connection and vitality. Everyone is welcome and no prior knowledge or experience is needed.

Cancellation fee:

If a fixed, agreed treatment appointment is not used, the patient owes the practitioner a cancellation fee of €50 as the appointment cannot be given to someone else at such short notice. The cancellation fee is due immediately.

The above payment obligations do not apply if the patient cancels at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment or is prevented from appearing (on time) through no fault of their own.

Further information

Alternative practitioners are not allowed to prescribe drugs or sick notes. Please contact a doctor for this. The patient's personal information and medical history is relevant to the treatment and collected and stored in an electronic and/or handwritten patient file. The patient is advised that the treatment cannot replace medical therapy in any cases. If medical advice is required, the practitioner will inform the patient immediately.
