In 2021, just after working two full time jobs to get back on our feets while managing a teenager and a family after the corona lock down, it hit me.
I was 41 years old and did not expect nor agree on the burnout signes (you know sort of the, how can something like this happen to me where I usually advise all others)
My body finally said no more to the workaholism, stress, perfectionism and self-medication associated with high achievement.
I was officially burned out.
A time where I from now to the next second could not move, think or perform anymore and had to take a time out.
Apart from the well known self-care work which I had to follow, I began to find ways to achieve success in healthier ways. I discovered how to reframe the approach to my work so that stress and burnout were avoided while high standards and expectations were maintained.
Today, I help professionals, full time home managers, high achievers, and organizations to implement my method. It empowers to disrupt old attitudes, patterns, cultures and systems to Banish Burnout and Thrive.
